Joining the contest automatically, defined as posting any photos with contest tags, means that you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Fair Use

Once submitted the Contest Organizers can use the images continuously in the promotion of Siem Reap with credit given to the contestant's IG handle. This includes digital and print publications.

Non-Affiliation with Instagram

Instagram (the company) has no affiliation with this contest and does not endorse the contest in any way.

Legality

All submissions must comply with any rules set forth by the Kingdom of Cambodia. Laws set forth by the Kingdom of Cambodia will take precedence over any rules in contestant countries. The Contest Organizers are not liable for any taxes or payments required by Contestant countries and it is the responsibility of the winner exclusively for any taxes in their country of residence should there be any.
